WELCOME PARENTS!
It takes a community, as a lone director cannot do this alone. It takes a chorus of students and their parents communicating and working together! I want you to know that your involvement is not just appreciated; it’s crucial. The success of our music program relies on your active participation. You are an essential part of this organization, and the students, faculty, and families deeply value your support and commitment.
LET’S TALK OVER DINNER!
Parents and families are very busy, and time is valuable. That’s why we’ve made our meetings as convenient as possible. You can relax, bring the kids, purchase your dinner, and meet with the director – all simultaneously! Worrying about being on time or dealing with traffic is unnecessary. Come between 6:00 and 7:30 PM, and the director will meet you at your table to visit.
The director will come to your table to meet your family, provide any upcoming information, and answer any questions. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable, so there’s no need to rush.
The following information will provide details on dates, times, and venues. Please refer to your email for any updates. Thank you for being so supportive of the arts programs!
